Refund Policy
At Vital Lymphatics, each session is reserved specifically for you. Because time, preparation, and treatment planning go into every appointment, the following refund policies apply:
Completed Services
All services that have been performed are non-refundable. Bodywork and Manual Lymphatic Drainage cannot be returned once provided, but your satisfaction is important—please reach out within 24 hours if you have concerns about your experience.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Refunds related to cancellations follow the cancellation policy:
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the session fee.
No-shows are charged 100% of the session fee and are not eligible for a refund.
Emergency exceptions may be made at the therapist’s discretion.
